荣誉 Conversion

荣誉 students who are completing the 荣誉 in the Major and/or 基金会al Studies elective concentration may choose to convert classes for 荣誉 credit. 荣誉 Conversion entails a contract between an individual student, 一个教练, and the 荣誉学院 to determine a suitable enhancement to course content that justifies 荣誉 credit for that class. 例如, a student enrolled in ENG 339 - Women’s Poetry might convert that class to ENG 339 - Hon: Women's Poetry through the addition of an assignment(s) or project(s) that raise the level of challenge of the course.

Please follow these instructions to convert a class to 荣誉:

1. The student should decide which course to convert. 
2. The student should contact and meet with the professor to discuss a possible 荣誉 component of the course.
3. A brief statement should be prepared discussing the 荣誉 project the student will be doing, the assignments involved in the project, and the criteria for evaluation upon which the student and the professor have agreed.
4. Complete the 荣誉 Conversion form and obtain the necessary signatures. Completed forms should be submitted to the 荣誉学院 office.

Submitting 荣誉 Conversion 形式

Spring 2024 conversion forms were due on Friday, February 23.

Conversion forms must be typed, signed by the student and instructor, and will not be processed without a description of the 荣誉 component and the evaluation criteria.

• Paper copies of 荣誉 conversion forms may be submitted to the 荣誉学院 office in Pickerl Hall 110.

• 形式 that have been scanned or digitally signed may be submitted online. The link will become available again at the start of the Fall 2024 semester.
